DATUM is a UK-based company founded by experienced Production Carpenters JJ Smith, Jon Barnes and Oliver Ellerton. With over 40 years’ collective experience across West End, touring and international theatre, we offer tailored production services for every show.
Backed by a trusted network of freelance Production Carpenters, we deliver quality, efficiency and a positive working culture. From install to load out, we support Production Managers with skilled teams and assign a Lead Carpenter to each production. We also provide expert guidance to Producers and Creatives on planning and build logistics to ensure smooth and successful runs.
